BLUE CLASSES: (CARDIO)

30 MINUTE SPRINT

Get more bang for your buck in this fast-paced 30 minute class designed to increase your cardiovascular stamina. Unleash your inner athlete with body weight movements, plyometrics, footwork and agility skills. With high bursts of intensity and minimal recovery, this is the perfect class for anyone pressed for time to get an effective 30 minute workout.

BOXING

Strength and cardio in one effective package, this workout is the perfect fit for anyone looking to jumpstart their body or add intensity to an existing routine. Classes include a combination of bag work, kickboxing and speed drills, all designed to develop core strength and get the heart rate high.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

A fusion of boxing, martial arts and cardio exercises. Clients will learn proper punching and kicking techniques that will progress to swiftly executed full combinations. This fast-faced workout offers an intense cross training and total body workout for all levels. It builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility, while building lean muscle.

PURE SWEAT

A fast-paced option designed to improve cardiovascular endurance.  Clients can expect circuits and interval work incorporating running, jumping compound movements and core exercises.  Breaks are minimal and sweating is guaranteed.

ROPES

Test your stamina in this cardio-based class that focuses on the use of battle ropes to fluctuate your heart rate. Alternate between intervals on the ropes and other active recovery exercises to learn how to properly manage breath during times of increased exertion

TABATA

A popular form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), tabata workouts feature short bursts of fast, high-energy movements followed by a minimal recovery period.  Incredibly effective for improving your performance with endurance events, developing strength and burning major calories.


GREEN CLASSES: (STRENGTH)

DOUBLE TROUBLE

This split class format with two different coaches is 30 minutes of conditioning and 30 minutes of strength training. Get the best of both worlds of Pure Power and Pure Sweat in this dynamic fast-paced class that is sure to get your heart rate up and improve your muscular endurance.

HARDCORE

Tax your core in this strength-based class that will train you to unleash power from your midsection. Participants will be challenged with movements that incorporate the abdominals, hips, glutes, and lower back to result is a rock-solid core.

PURE POWER

A strength-based option designed to improve muscular endurance.  Clients will be progressed through a variety of exercises using their own body weight, free weights, medicine balls, bars, ropes and kettlebells.  Critical for weight loss, those looking to lose body fat or anyone looking for more energy in their day to day.


PURPLE CLASSES (RECOVERY)

CORE/PILATES

A physical fitness system often used in the training of dancers and gymnasts, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops the core.  A series of floor exercises will teach you how to properly support your body through your “center.”  Excellent work for establishing a mind/body connection.

HALF & HALF (half purple, half green)

Make the most of your time with this efficient workout that features a half-hour of strength or cardio work followed by a half-hour of mobility. You will feel the direct benefits of how the "purple" compliments the "green” or “blue,” emphasizing how great you can feel when you #worksmarter. 

MOBILITY

Part core workout, part mobility session, this class is designed to diminish aches and pains while strengthening the midsection to prevent injury. With lots of stretching, foam rolling, and trigger point work, this is a great way to prepare for or recover from a workout.

PRIMAL STRETCH

Explore how your body was designed to move with this unique class that focuses on building strength through proper mechanics. Participants will learn how to support their own body weight through natural, primitive movements such as crawling and jumping. Ideal for improving body awareness and mobility.

YOGA

Improve your flexibility and experience diminished aches and pains with this ancient practice incorporating sequential stretches and poses.  Suitable for all levels, these offerings allow the client to create synergy between body and mind.  Also ideal for recovery following an intense or strenuous workout.
