We’re here to provide these points as well as tailored solutions for you to implement them all into your busy life. Our one-of-a-kind, 3-pronged approach, Prescribed Fitness, walks you through the what, when and why of changing your habits in need of changin’ for good.

All prescriptions will include offerings from our Group Training Schedule.

Step 1
Consultation

We will have an in-depth conversation where we will learn more about your health history and your overall lifestyle. Together we will outline goals that you can and will achieve.

Step 2
Prescription

Based off the information gleaned from our discussion, we’ll provide you with a customized weekly program of which of our group trainings and services to implement, and when to do so. This will help keep you on track for your goals.

Step 3
Accountability

Our team of professionals will collaborate regularly to make sure your prescription is continuing to produce results. We’ll be checking in with you and following up about your progress. Our recommendations will be tweaked as needed.
